The Very Finest

This to me is the finest app for color splashing. The in-app video tutorial is excellently done, and is very helpful. Once in a while you find an app that is a standout. Its interface is delightfully clear and beautiful, it does what it says it does and maybe even surprises you with a tad more. But above all, it delights you because its so well-thought out. Someone allowed inspiration to have its way and then made a dang good product with good-sense functionality. It makes you want to thank the developer who made it.
